Beach clean up & hot dogs

It should be nice to do something good for the environment. That's why we invite you to a beach cleanup together with Strandet and Jarritos. We'll take a walk along the beach, pick up the trash that doesn't belong there, and afterwards we'll light a fire, grill some hot dogs, and enjoy a cold Jarritos.
Pleasant is an upcycled clothing brand that works to make upcycling mainstream. We transform used and existing textiles into beautiful and functional products, including upcycled caps, shirts and jackets. By using materials that already exist, we want to help create a more sustainable world. It's about taking care of the resources we have and reducing waste in the clothing industry.
Shirt buttons made from marine plastic
Together with the environmental organization Strandet, we make shirt buttons from recycled ocean plastic. It's a small but important detail that shows how waste can be given a new life. Right now, these buttons are in about 10% of our upcycled shirts, but the greatest value is that when you buy an upcycled shirt from Pleasant with ocean plastic buttons, Strandet commits to collecting 1 kg of waste from the coasts.
Upcycling: When old materials get new life
Our entire concept is built around upcycling. For example, we use old duvet covers, curtains and tablecloths to create new clothes and unique caps. This not only gives our products a special look, but is also a much more gentle way of making clothes than producing new textiles.
