That's why we upcycle
The clothing industry's greatest environmental impact lies in material production.
The greatest environmental savings can thus be achieved by avoiding new textiles.
Upcycling means taking an existing product and turning it into a new one of higher value.
Our upcycled textiles have already gone through one or more life cycles.
The material requires no finishing and can be cut and sewn directly into new clothing.

How?
Together we can extend the life of clothes
The fashion world has two problems.
The first is clothing production, which puts a strain on the planet. The second is clothing consumption, which wastes too much of the production.
To combat clothing waste, clothes should be used as much as possible. Pleasant cultivates some concepts that strengthen this goal.
Timeless sales culture
In order for clothes to be used, they must first be sold. But not all new clothes are sold. The biggest reason for this is that clothes are systematically obsolete in the fashion world. The most obvious countermeasure to clothing waste is to end limited-time collections and establish timeless clothing sales.

Repair and renew your clothes
Clothes that have broken can be repaired. It's actually both easy and cheap. We want to help revive that mentality.

We have a plan to ensure your Pleasant clothes don't end up in the back of your wardrobe, but are circulated and given the chance to be used as much as possible.
